Biometric Testing

Personalized nutrition, based on scientific evidence and biometric results, is the future of dietetics. Each individual has a unique genetic makeup which plays a role in their health. Utilizing biometric tools to better customize a diet plan for your individual needs is ideal.

Food Sensitivity Testing

Food sensitivity testing (Mediator Release Testing) is a patented blood test that quantifies how strongly your immune cells react to the foods and food chemicals tested by measuring intracellular mediator release indirectly.  Simply put, healthy foods could be making you sick. Chronic health complaints such as digestive problems, headaches, joint and muscle pain, and fatigue are all symptoms caused by our immune system’s reaction to foods, additives, or other substances in our diets.

Stool and SIBO Testing

All disease begins in the gut. Capture a detailed picture of your digestive function, intestinal inflammation, and the intestinal microbiome with Genova’s GI Effects Comprehensive Stool Profile which provides immediate, actionable clinical information for the management of gastrointestinal (GI) health using cutting-edge technologies and biomarkers. In other words, stool testing takes much of the guesswork out of supplementation, nutrition, and lifestyle changes needed to improve gut health! Genova’s Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) Breath Testing is available to identify this common clinical condition to further guide GI symptom management and tackle the root causes of certain symptoms. Both tests are non-invasive and can be collected in the comfort of your home.

Body Composition Testing

Body composition (InBody) analysis is essential to completely understand health and weight as traditional methods of assessing health, such as BMI, can be misleading. Going beyond your bathroom scale, body composition analysis breaks down your body into four components: fat, lean body mass, minerals, and body water.

Insurance & Pricing

Most of Clem&Thyme’s clients have health insurance that cover the cost of their nutrition appointments (including grocery store tours and meal planning sessions).

We are in-network with Anthem BCBS, United Healthcare, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Medicare, and Cigna. Many other health insurance plans have out-of-network benefits (Aetna, etc.) for nutrition counseling too.

If your insurance company doesn’t cover your visits, we provide self-pay pricing discounts (these can be found on our FAQ & Pricing page).
