Weeks 1 & 2: Building a Solid Nutrition Foundation

Learn about the foundation of a healthy, balanced lifestyle starting with how to build your plate.

We will discuss meal planning and how to build balanced, practical meals.

We will discuss shopping local, planning a garden, and how to cook with seasonal produce.

You will receive weekly meal plans with recipes and grocery lists.

Weeks 3 & 4: Movement, Sleep, and Stress

Determine how to fit in movement throughout your day that you enjoy and look forward to. Learn about different forms of movement and which one works for you. Set goals for ways to get in movement each day. Hold yourself accountable.

Learn about the importance of sleep and its role in a healthy lifestyle. Do you have trouble sleeping? Get help figuring out what might be causing the issue and how to improve your sleep.

Learn about strategies for reducing your stress levels. Take actionable steps towards managing chronic stress.

Weeks 5 & 6: Navigating Traveling, Eating Out, and the Grocery Store

Learn how to decipher food labels, ingredients, and explore the grocery store.  

Learn tips and tricks for eating balanced meals while on the go or traveling.

We will offer virtual grocery store tours and pantry videos to help you stock your kitchen with the right ingredients.

Learn how to take this knowledge and build a sustainable plan to carry you forward.

WEEKLY LESSONS

Each week will have 3-4 videos on a variety of different topics like meal planning, seasonal produce, reading labels, breaking barriers, and so many more!

Get a chance to meet with one of our dietitians in a group setting bi-weekly to ask your hot questions!

WEEKLY MEAL PLANS

You will have access to meal plans created just for you! Each meal plan will have breakfast, lunch, and dinner ideas for everyday, including recipes.

VIRTUAL GROCERY STORE TOUR

Watch as one of our dietitians walks your through how to shop at the grocery store, how to read food labels, and good products to start incorporating into your weekly grocery trip.

Access to the Members Only Circle Support Group

Connect with other members in the challenge to share advice, tips, recipes. Also, one of our dietitians will be checking in regularly to answer your questions and respond to comments.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the challenge and how often do you offer it?

The Challenge is eight weeks long and kicks off on June 9th. You will have access to all course material starting then.

We only offer this once a year!

What are the next steps?

On June 2nd, you will receive an email with details about how to access the course in Kajabi, how to join the Circle group, and all other important information.

What happens if I cannot attend the live Q&A sessions?

All video calls will be recorded and uploaded to the course site. If you have questions you’d like answered but you cannot make it to the live call, please email info@clemandthyme.com or post to the Circle group and we will make sure to cover that topic.

How long do I have access to the challenge?

You will have access to the challenge for one year, until June 2026.

Can I use health insurance to pay for this?

We are not submitting claims to insurance for this group course but you can use a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA) to pay for the challenge if your policy allows. We do have an NPI number and tax ID we can provide if necessary.
