One of my 2015 goals is to start cooking more “family” meals. Often times in the past, Darrin and I ate separate dinner meals. I ate entree salads many days of the week (chef, cobb, taco, tuna) or would throw together a smorgasbord of protein + veggies. Not that any of that was bad… hey it’s gotten me through the last 10 years (am I really that old wise), right?
But… we’re a family of three now… and I think it’s important to eat {together} as a family. 🙂

Started dinner with a cucumber, tomato, pepper salad (not pictured). I served my chicken with some shredded cheddar and dollop of Daisy. 😉
Super easy, super filling.
…and I have leftovers for tomorrow’s dinner.
Happy MARCH, readers! 🙂
