After laying out in the sun all afternoon, my tummy was ready for some fresh food.
Whipped up a salad with some ingredients I had in the fridge.
*1 cup mixed greens
*1 Roma tomato, sliced
*1/3 cup dried cranberries
*1/4 cup walnuts
*few feta crumbles
*2 T. Trader Joe’s balsamic vinaigrette
