
We’re back with our series of weekly meal plans! Each week, one of the Clem&Thyme dietitians will share what’s on their meal plan for the week. Frequently, clients request meal ideas, so why not share what works for us. I think you’ll soon see that most of our meals are pretty simple. 🙂

Abby is loving everything easy/one pot/crock pot/simple this week. Some of these recipes make quite a bit so she plans on keeping some in the freezer. Perfect for on-hand homemade frozen meals 🙂
