Taylor’s Meal Plan for the Week!

We’re back with our series of weekly meal plans!  Each week, one of the Clem&Thyme dietitians will share what’s on their meal plan for the week. Frequently, clients request meal ideas, so why not share what works for us. I think you’ll soon see that most of our meals are pretty simple. 🙂

You can follow along and try some of our favorite recipes, the dietitian will also take over Clem&Thyme’s Instagram stories for a day during the week so you can get some tips, tricks, and a day-in-the-life experience!

This week we’re featuring Taylor!

As the weather starts to get chilly, it’s natural for our bodies to crave warm and nourishing comfort foods. Taylor enjoys putting a healthy spin on her favorite home-cooked dishes. With two toddler boys of her own, Taylor likes meals that are low maintenance with less ingredients but full of flavor. She loves to get her kids involved in the kitchen and may have a future dietitian or chef in the making;)

Monday- Vegetarian slow cooker black bean tacos

Tuesday- Leftovers

Wednesday- One pan pork loin with brussels and apples

Thursday- Tomato basil soup with Italian grilled cheese -The tomato soup is from Lily Nichols and does not have a recipe link. It’s super simple. 1 jar of organic, no sugar added marinara OR 1 15 oz can fire roasted tomato sauce + 1-2 cups bone broth + splash of full fat coconut milk or heavy cream + season to taste, heat in sauce pan and serve.

Friday- Mexican stuffed sweet potatoes with avocado salsa

Saturday- Eat out! (Old Scratch Pizza – our family will split either the whole roasted cauliflower or the Olympus salad and ricotta chicken sausage pizza or pepperoni)

Sunday- Leftovers

We hope these recipes and ideas were useful in your own home, and we could take some of the stress off of planning. Tune in for our new meal plan next week from Natalia! 🙂
