My motto – One size does NOT fit all! I believe nutrition is very individualized. Not every recommendation or recipe will suit the needs of everyone, and that is perfectly fine. I work with clients to create a personalized plan that is sustainable, enjoyable, and supports their individual goals. My goal is to help clients discover what works best FOR THEM!
My “why” – The more I studied nutrition, the more interested I became. I was amazed by the power of food to prevent/treat chronic conditions, and I developed a strong desire to share this knowledge with others. As a registered dietitian, I am able to share my passion for nutrition by empowering my clients to confidently make decisions around food so they can feel happy and healthy. I believe nutrition does not need to be complicated, and by making small, sustainable changes, amazing results can be achieved. I do not believe in “quick fixes,” and view the pursuit of health as a lifelong journey!
My credentials – I graduated from The Ohio State University’s Medical Dietetics program with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. I am a registered dietitian and a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Favorite indulgences: Jeni’s Texas Sheet Cake Ice Cream … or really anything chocolate! I would pick sweet over savory any day.
Two staples always in my kitchen: Oats & avocado.
Favorite type of movement: I love a boot-camp style class that mixes strength training and cardio. I also enjoy yoga!
Favorite way to spend time outside of the office: I love spending time with my family and friends. In the summer you can find me playing sand volleyball and in the winter skiing or snowboarding. I also love shopping and will never turn down a trip to the mall or Trader Joe’s.
Most favorite cookbook or recipe inspiration: My favorite cookbook is Love & Lemons Every Day by Jeanine Donofrio. A blog I love for simple and delicious recipes is Something Nutritious.
A personal touch: I spent 4 years working as a nursing assistant at Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, OH (my hometown!). My experience at the hospital made me realize my passion for helping others. The children and families who I worked with along the way will always have a special place in my heart.
