My motto – “Progress over perfection.” Wellness is an ongoing journey that unfolds uniquely for each person. While I believe in honoring and nourishing our bodies as the incredible temples they are, I’ve learned that true healing doesn’t come from rigid rules or the pursuit of perfection. It begins by tuning into our bodies with compassion and curiosity. When we offer ourselves grace and kindness, we create space for lasting transformation—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Our needs naturally shift and evolve with each season of life, and I’m here to walk alongside you, meeting you where you are, and supporting you every step of the way.
My “why” – I’ve been interested in nutrition, health, and wellness for as long as I can remember. My journey began after years of dealing with GI issues, histamine intolerance, and chronic inflammation—challenges that left me frustrated, depleted, and constantly guessing what my body needed. Exploring a root-cause approach and making targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes finally brought lasting relief. Along the way, I learned how hard it is to “listen to your body” when it’s out of balance. If your gut is impaired, hormones are out of sync, or blood sugar is constantly fluctuating, even your intuition can feel off. I believe healing starts with restoring the foundations so you can hear and trust your body again. These experiences sparked my passion for helping others do the same.
My goal is to partner with you to uncover the why behind your symptoms and create personalized strategies that support sustainable habits and healing that truly fits your life. Whether you’re navigating complex symptoms or simply wanting to feel more at ease in your daily routine, I want you to feel empowered, confident in your choices, and grounded in harmony.
My credentials -I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science from Georgia State University, where I also completed my Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and dietetic internship. I am a Registered Dietitian and a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Favorite indulgences: Anything that’s chocolate!
Two staples always in my kitchen: Sunflower seed butter and Persian cucumbers are always in my fridge!
Favorite type of movement: Long walks outside and strength or pilates classes
Favorite way to spend time outside of the office: You can find me in the kitchen trying out new recipes (and happily wandering the grocery store aisles) or soaking up quality time with friends and family. Golf has become a fun new challenge I’ve been leaning into lately.
Most favorite cookbook or recipe inspiration: This is a hard one but I’m always inspired by Rachael’s Good Eats recipes.
A personal touch: I bring a deep sense of passion and purpose to everything I do, both personally and professionally. I’m deeply loyal to the relationships in my life and always open to growing, learning, and leaning into what brings joy. I thrive on structure but I also believe some of life’s best moments happen when you set the list aside and go where the day takes you.
