Samantha’s Meal Plan for the Week!

We’re back with our series of weekly meal plans!  Each week, one of the Clem&Thyme dietitians will share what’s on their meal plan for the week. Frequently, clients request meal ideas, so why not share what works for us. I think you’ll soon see that most of our meals are pretty simple. 🙂

You can follow along and try some of our favorite recipes, the dietitian will also take over Clem&Thyme’s Instagram stories for a day during the week so you can get some tips, tricks, and a day-in-the-life experience!

This week we’re featuring Samantha!

Sam is all about leftovers right now. Making 1-3 meals per week and having extra is key this busy time of year. She typically preps a staple batch of roasted vegetables and chicken/seafood every Sunday to help her save time some nights for a quick meal. Add rice, pasta, or grains for a well-balanced meal!

Monday- White Chicken Chili (add cauliflower rice to soup)

Tuesday- Leftovers  

Wednesday- Stuffed Pepper Casserole

Thursday- Leftovers

Friday- Pizza night!

Saturday- Sheet-Pan Baked Feta with Broccolini, Tomatoes and Lemon with Pan Seared Salmon

Sunday- Leftovers
