We’re back with our series of weekly meal plans! Each week, one of the Clem&Thyme dietitians will share what’s on their meal plan for the week. Frequently, clients request meal ideas, so why not share what works for us. I think you’ll soon see that most of our meals are pretty simple. 🙂

This week we’re featuring Jenna!
Jenna is currently going through a rough part of pregnancy where her appetite is not the best. She is making recipes for her husband/son but she is eating pretty bland food herself because she is nauseous from pregnancy. Convenient and bland foods are easy for her to consume to make sure she is getting the nutrients she needs for optional growth of the baby!
Monday- Sheet Pan Chicken Thighs with Veggies
Tuesday- Breakfast for dinner: Simple Truth Organic Waffles with scrambled eggs
Wednesday- Leftovers!
Thursday- Perdue Chicken Tenders with steamed vegetables
Friday- Leftovers!
Saturday- Eat out!
Sunday- Grilled cheese with Amy’s Organic Chunky Vegetable Soup
