We’re back with our series of weekly meal plans!  Each week, one of the Clem&Thyme dietitians will share what’s on their meal plan for the week. Frequently, clients request meal ideas, so why not share what works for us. I think you’ll soon see that most of our meals are pretty simple. 🙂

This week we’re featuring Natalia!

I like to incorporate more fresh spring produce and cool refreshing foods when the weather warms up. And with outdoor barbecues right around the corner, I try to keep a pretty balanced approach to what I eat. Knowing what foods make me feel my best, what is going to satisfy me, and allowing myself to eat what looks particularly good, I like to take a loose 80/20 approach where 80% of the time I eat what is nutritious for my body and there is room for plenty of fun foods!

Monday- Grilling out for Memorial Day with family
Thursday – Leftovers!
Saturday – Leftovers!
Sunday – Chipotle Takeout!
