My mottoKitchen cabinet not medicine cabinet.” I believe the food choices we make each day can either fight or feed chronic diseases. Making small changes in our diet can improve our quality of life, not just the number on the scale. I want you to have energy and feel confident in yourself!

My “why”After living and teaching English overseas for six years, I discovered my love for people, education, and diversity in the kitchen. The dietetics profession suits me well. I have a genuine love for science, food, and helping others be the best versions of themselves. We can have fun exploring ways to make simple, long-lasting changes to support your unique needs.

My credentialsProudly completed dietetic internship at The Ohio State University with an emphasis in personalized nutrition and counseling. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). I am also a registered and licensed dietitian, as well as a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
