Cynthianna Mastropietro

My motto – Find your healthy. Health, and especially nutrition, is not one-size-fits-all. Living a “healthy” lifestyle looks different for every single person and I strive to help each individual figure out what that looks like for them … and then reach that goal!

My “why” – I’ve always enjoyed cooking and had a fascination with science, and dietetics is the perfect way to tie these two together! I want to share my passion for food and nutrition with others to help them learn more about how food influences their health and show them how to apply this knowledge to their lifestyle.

My credentials – I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics from the University of Dayton and I completed my dietetic internship at Cedar Crest College. I am currently completing my Master’s of Health Science in Nutrition at Cedar Crest College. I am a registered dietitian and a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Favorite indulgences: Iced coffee

Two staples always in my kitchen: Whole grain bread and Greek yogurt

Favorite type of movement: Riding my bike

Favorite way to spend time outside of the office: Grocery shopping or going to local farmer’s markets

Most favorite cookbook or recipe inspiration: My “Thug Kitchen” cookbook is a favorite because it has great plant-based recipes and is also fun to read!

A personal touch: I absolutely love all animals. I will literally pick up worms on the sidewalk and put them back in the dirt to save them from getting stepped on!
