Using Fermented Foods Cooking Class

Health begins in the gut! Discover easy recipes that incorporate fermented, probiotic-rich foods like yogurt, miso, kimchi, and sauerkraut.

Cooking classes include beverages and a full plate of the cooked recipes to enjoy + recipe cards for all food prepared during the class. Come prepared to leave with a full belly!

This event will take place at the Clem&Thyme farmhouse in Yellow Springs. Please register in advance.
