Pizza Bagels

Pizza is my all-time favorite food… that’s why it will be served at my wedding! Although it’s my favorite food, I cannot have it every day or I would weigh 500 lbs. BUT, because I LOVE pizza so much, I created a “healthy” pizza bagel recipe and break it out when I want some variation with my normal lunch menu.
Quick, easy, tasty, and cheap!
I usually make about 4 bagels (8 half bagels) on one night and keep the rest in the fridge for convenient lunches throughout the week.
Recipe includes:
Bagel thins (preferably Whole Wheat)
Pizza Sauce (I used Trader Joe’s)
Veggies/fruit (I prefer pineapple and mushrooms)
Turkey pepperoni (Hormel)
Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Easy…spread sauce on bagels…put on veggies/fruit/pepperoni then cheese… bake at 450 for about 10 minutes! Perfecto!

210 calories, 9.5 grams of fat, 18.5 g. carb, 13 g. protein
